Bearing installation part:

Bearing cavity:This is the key part used to accommodate the bearing, and its shape and size are designed according to the type and specification of the bearing installed. Heat dissipation structure:For bearings under high-speed operation or high-load working conditions, in order to prevent the bearing from overheating, heat dissipation structures such as heat sinks, heat slots, etc. may be designed to increase the heat dissipation area and improve heat dissipation efficiency.

Working principle

Support and fixed bearings:The bearing housing firmly installs the bearing in a specific position of the equipment through its seat body and mounting hole, providing a stable support platform for the bearing. During the operation of the equipment, the bearing housing bears various loads from the bearing, including radial loads, axial loads and torques, and transmits these loads to the frame or other support structures of the equipment.

Guarantee the accuracy and stability of bearings:The design and manufacturing accuracy of the bearing housing directly affects the working accuracy and stability of the bearing. A high-precision bearing housing can ensure that the installation position of the bearing is accurate, so that the axis of the bearing and the axis of other rotating parts of the equipment maintain good coaxiality, reducing the extra load and vibration caused by installation deviation. At the same time, the stiffness and stability of the bearing housing can also ensure that the bearing will not deform or displace during the working process, thus ensuring the normal operation of the bearing.
